Greetings Placid: You may also want to take a quick look at my other blog www.mindtechblog.net. As I have examined some of the available light/sound machines on the market, my perception is that there are two really top of the line machines. My apologies if there is something more amazing that I'm unaware of. The first is the David Paradise machine, which also features CES if you want to use that feature. The other is the NovaPro100. Upgrading the glasses and headphones would be a strong recommendation from me for higher quality experience. My experience is that these are capable of generating a deep meditative state rather quickly. Note that they have internal programs, so you can choose the brainwave frequency that you finish with, or you can manually control the frequencies. The research currently available does suggest that after attaining conscious awareness at a particular brainwave state, that it becomes easier to return to that state even when not using the machine. Let us all know what your experiences are!

I was thinking about trying a meditation machine. Just to see if it is really efficient.
So, according to you, it helps initially but is not required afterwards.

Have you ever tried a meditation machine ? Do you recommend me to purchase one ? If yes, which model
