I'm very glad you found this interesting and useful. The candle flame meditations have been the blog entries with the most response. Enjoy.

It was amazing how after a while I started to notice colors I had not originally seen. My focus on the flame helped with the mental chatter. Meditation is such a wonderful way to relax-yet at the same time open up- our mind, body, and soul. Much of the meditation I have done has been with my eyes closed, or guided. This was a great technique to use. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your experience. The candle flame movements are endlessly dynamic and random. This makes it somewhat more easy to focus upon that static objects for many.

I did this with my candle and it worked really well. Fire is such an unpredictable thing that it makes the meditation much more peaceful.

Using the after-effect image of the candle flame sounds very much like using the Tattwas for meditation for and as doorways. Intersting post!
